Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Shot Keyword Screener (the “Application”). By authorizing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

Purpose and eligibility

The Application is a private, invitation-only research utility for authorized business users. You must be legally permitted to use the Google Ads and GitHub accounts that you connect.

Permitted use

You may use the Application to submit keyword phrases and retrieve read-only Google Ads keyword-planning metrics for lawful market research. You are responsible for reviewing results and for any business decision made from them.

Prohibited use

You may not bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the service, submit unlawful content, misuse third-party data, resell access, or use the Application in a way that violates Google, GitHub, Cloudflare, or applicable legal requirements.

Third-party services

The Application depends on Google Ads API, GitHub, Cloudflare, and compatible MCP clients. Availability and data may be affected by those providers, and your use of their services remains subject to their respective terms.

Data and privacy

Information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. You authorize the Application to make the minimum third-party API requests needed to provide the requested functionality.

No advertising management

The Application is designed to read keyword-planning metrics. It does not create, edit, publish, or purchase advertisements and does not guarantee campaign performance or commercial results.

Availability and changes

The Application may be changed, suspended, or discontinued, and access may be revoked to protect security, comply with law or provider requirements, or prevent misuse.

Disclaimer

The Application and its results are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Application operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of or inability to use the Application.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when the Application or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
